All our eBooks are delivered in digital format (e.g., PDF, EPUB) and are made available for
download immediately upon successful payment. Due to the intangible nature of digital
products, we implement a strict no-refund policy.
2. Refund Policy
– Once an eBook has been purchased and the download link has been accessed or sent,
we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
– It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the device used for the download
supports the file format provided.
– Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
– If the customer is charged twice for the same transaction.
– If the file is corrupt or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working
replacement within a reasonable time.
3. Cancellation Policy
– Orders for eBooks cannot be canceled once payment is processed. As delivery is
instant, cancellation before download is not technically feasible.
4. Delivery of the eBook
– Upon successful payment, customers will receive an email with a secure download
link. Alternatively, the eBook will be available for direct download from the “My
Account” section on our website.
– If the email does not arrive within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder,
or contact our support team.
